How long does it usually take to sell my house?
The sale process normally does not take more than 28
days. However, if time is of an essence in your
situation them we can accommodate and finish within a
shorter period.

How much will you pay for
my property?
The price that we offer will be competitive for the
immediate sale service that we give and the current
condition of the property market in the country. It will
also be dependant on the type, location and condition of
the property.

Do you buy properties anywhere and in any
condition?
Yes, our property investors are ready to buy
anywhere in the country and in any condition. We
cover the whole of England, Wales, Scotland and
some parts of Northern Ireland.

How much will it cost me? It
won't cost you anything, we will pay all of your costs
for you.

Will I need a solicitor? Yes
you will need a solicitor. You can arrange your own or
we can recommend one for you, either way we will cover
the fee up to £500.

I want to keep the sale confidential not even my
neighbours would know about it, can you possibly arrange
that?
Yes. Our associates will work very discretely and
complete without anyone knowing about the sale.

I am in arrears with mortgage payments - can you still
help me?
Yes, we usually can, as long as you have some equity in
the property.

My property is let, does my tenant have to move out?
No, we are happy to give you a quick property sale even
if you have sitting tenants.

My property needs refurbishing, will you still buy it?
Yes, we are quite familiarized with properties of
this kind and we always complete on them.

Would I get more
money for you than if I was to sell my house on the open
market? Please
note that our services are aimed at people who are in
need of a quick sale. Therefore, in order for our
associates to buy your house quickly, they will need
some sort of discount usually they will require you to
sell at below market value to compensate the cost that
will go towards completing the purchase within a short
period of time. If you are not in a hurry to sell your
home then we strongly recommend to sell it on the open
market as it will most probably make you slightly more
money.

How long do I have before I make my decision to sell my
home to you?
Our offer is usually valid for 28 days. however, you may
still proceed after this period has passed, but we will
need to reassess your situation to get the best result.

Would keep me
informed through out the sale?
Of course, our associate work to an extreme high
ethical standard and they will keep you informed of
every thing that is happening through out the sale until
completion.

How does
Sell & Rent-back work? This
option allows you to raise money by selling to us, in
order to pay off debts or
stop repossession.
The upside of this is that with "sell and rent back" you
can remain in your home for as long as you wish. We rent
the property to you at market rent and you are legally
protected by an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement.
